How to be prepared
Please have current insurance information. It is important for us to have accurate insurance information to do laboratory tests, order x-rays, make referrals to specialists, obtain prior authorization for prescribed medications.
We recommend coming 30 min prior first visit for filling forms and for us verify insurance information.
If there is anticipation for blood draw on first visit please drink plenty of water and take your regular medications but avoid having meal for 8 hours.
